FocusDrop is an iOS productivity app built for ADHD brains. Swipe through the noise, focus in short sprints, and watch your streak grow. Every task lives on a deck — swipe right to start a focus session, up to mark done, left to send to the back of the pile, down to see details.
It's offline-first, account-free, and built around the idea that small wins compound. Levels never go down.
Recent updates add an Apple Watch app — start, pause, and finish a session from your wrist — Start smaller, which turns a task you're stuck on into one first step and two minutes of focus, and Co-Focus (Pro), a companion that keeps you calm company through a session, so you never have to start alone.
FocusDrop has no servers. No accounts. No analytics. Every task, habit, note, and stat lives in SwiftData on your device and, if you use iCloud, syncs through your own private iCloud database, which we can't access. Subscriptions go through Apple's StoreKit, and notifications are local to your phone — scheduled and delivered by iOS, never by us.
If you use iCloud, deleting the app doesn't delete your data there; the privacy policy explains how to remove it. If you back up your iPhone, your data goes with you.
